The Law Office of J. Ryan Johnson, PLLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when we send SMS messages to individuals who have contacted us by phone.

We only collect phone numbers from individuals who have called our business. We do not collect names, addresses, or any other personal data through SMS communications.

We use SMS solely to respond to missed calls and offer to schedule a phone call or meeting. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.

Under the TCPA, we are permitted to respond to inbound calls with informational messages without prior written consent, provided the messages are not promotional in nature. Under CCPA and GDPR, we do not sell or share personal data. We only use phone numbers to facilitate communication initiated by the user (i.e., the caller).

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will honor opt-out requests promptly and will not contact you again via SMS unless you initiate a new call.

We retain phone numbers only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or schedule a meeting. We do not store phone numbers for future marketing or unrelated communications.
