Biography

Christopher Templeman is an associate attorney at The Law Office of J. Ryan Johnson, having joined the firm in September 2025. He graduated from University of Colorado Boulder in 2022 with a major in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. Christopher then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he participated in moot court and mock trial competitions and gained practical experience throughout his legal education.

During law school, Christopher worked in both family law and criminal law, developing strong skills in legal research, writing, and advocacy while clerking for the Shelby County Criminal Court.

Christopher understands the emotional complexities that often accompany litigation. Through a personal, analytical, and results-driven approach to representation, he ensures that his clients feel heard, supported, and confidently guided throughout the legal process.

Although originally from Colorado, Christopher lived in Memphis during law school and now enjoys life in Nashville. In his free time, he enjoys strength training and playing chess, both online and over the board.
